We offer a warranty for a full refund or exchange provided the item was purchased through Culture Automotive or one of our approved resellers or workshops. Please note that the warranty is void if products are tampered with or returned in a different state than they were sold to you. Additionally, the warranty does not cover the costs of shipping to and from in any circumstance. 
All items, products, or services purchased from Culture Automotive are expected to be installed by a qualified mechanic at an approved workshop. Warranty claims are dependent on proof of appropriate installation and verification of failure. It's essential to understand that modifying your vehicle may be illegal in some States and Territories. 
Customers are responsible for abiding by the law and ensuring their vehicle remains roadworthy. The Culture Kartel assumes no responsibility for any work carried out, modifications made, or parts supplied concerning road use. Our products are sold and intended for track use only. All refunds and warranty claims are subject to back-to-base review, and parts will need to be returned to HQ for assessment unless otherwise arranged.
