Lost or Stolen Property While we make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your items, please note that Culture Automotive is not liable for refunds or replacements for lost or stolen property. However, we are committed to assisting you in the recovery process to the best of our ability.
Refund Period Refunds, whether full or partial, may be offered within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. This timeframe allows us to efficiently process refund requests and maintain fairness for all customers.
"Authority to Leave" Option By selecting the "Authority to Leave" or a similar option during the delivery process, you waive liability from both the shipper (per their line agreement) and The Culture Kartel. To ensure the safe receipt of your package, we strongly recommend delivering it to an address where someone will be available to sign for the goods and keep them secure.
