Your car will have a complete oil and filter change, Key components such as spark plugs and air filters will be replaced (where needed), a top up all fluids, and a full safety inspection on brakes, suspension, steering, and more will be conducted. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Culture Automotive. We value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. In order to ensure the best experience for all of our customers, we have implemented the following No Show / Missed Booking Policy. Please read it carefully before making a booking. 1. Definition of a Missed Booking A missed booking refers to any appointment or service booking made through our website that is not honored by the customer, whether the customer fails to show up, cancels after the designated time frame, or is unable to attend without prior notice. 2. No Show Fee If you fail to attend a service appointment or booking without prior notice, a No Show Fee may apply. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the service/product price or a fixed amount, depending on the type of booking made. Services: A no-show fee of (Total Booking Amount/25%) will be charged if you fail to attend the scheduled appointment without notifying us at least 12 hours in advance. 3. Cancellation Policy We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. In order to avoid a no-show fee, please notify us of your cancellation or request for rescheduling at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame will not incur a fee. 4. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your service or booking, we kindly ask that you do so at least 12 hours before your appointment. Failure to reschedule within this time frame will be considered a missed booking and subject to the no-show fee. 5. Refund Policy Please note that missed bookings are not eligible for a refund. If you have prepaid for services or products, the fee will not be refunded in the event of a no-show. In some cases, you may be able to reschedule, but this will depend on availability. 6. Exceptions In certain circumstances (such as medical emergencies or other valid reasons), we may consider waiving the no-show fee at our discretion.
