• Multi step heat treatment processes including core hardening, stress relieving and nitriding
• 5 axis CNC machining
• 3M micro polishing to finish the crankshaft journal surfaces

Every single crankshaft that leaves the factory is thoroughly checked for quality with the use of Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), ensuring that they meet our requirements.
